The Monty Chair came from a desire to create a small wooden chair for preschoolers, one that embodied modern design aesthetics but most importantly was extremely durable.

Not an easy brief to manufacture wooden chairs that can handle the daily use in a childcare centres. The Monty Chair has the strength and durability that Starex products are widely renowned for.

Hand crafted by our cabinet makers in our Mount Maunganui factory the Monty Chair is available in 2 different heights with a choice of 2 different colours.
