If you are unhappy with your order please contact us to discuss a return.

Please note that a change of mind on an order will not be able to be refunded or cancelled.

All custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation or returned upon delivery.

If an item has been damaged during delivery, please notify us prior to signing any documentation so we can make arrangements for the item to be returned and repaired/replaced by our Starex team.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.

If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting about the fault. All claims must be in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item.

If/when Starex has acknowledged your faulty goods claim, these goods must be made available for pickup within 14 days by way of a freight company organised by us. We do not accept freight forwarded goods.
